Polymer Wood Flooring Adhesive
STAUF SMP-960 One-Step® is an advanced polymer adhesive designed for professional wood flooring installations, combining multiple functions in a single product. It replaces isocyanate-containing urethane adhesives and contains no solvents or hazardous materials, making it environmentally safe and eligible for LEED credits.
SMP-960 offers long open time, strong green grab, and no flash time, allowing installation to begin immediately. It contains no water or solvent, preventing dimensional changes to wood flooring. The adhesive provides moisture-mitigating capability and meets ASTM standards for sound and impact noise control. It spreads easily with a non-slump formula to ensure proper adhesive transfer and remains flexible after curing to accommodate normal seasonal movement.
