BCS-827 Commercial Carpet

STAUF BCS-827 is an Ultra Premium adhesive specifically formulated for the heaviest commercial applications and designed to ensure adhesive performance under the very demanding conditions commonly found in today's fast-paced construction. This ultra-strong, low VOC adhesive is excellent for woven carpets, those with stiff unitary backings, and attached cushion backings. BCS-827 Ultra Premium Adhesive is THE professional's choice for Double-Glue and pattern matching applications. This formula has an extended working time and superior re-tack engineered to maximize installer efficiency.
BCS-827 Ultra Premium Adhesive can be used for the following carpet backings and floor coverings:
- Direct-Glue: Woven polypropylene (ActionBac®, hot melt, etc.), Latex unitary, Polyurethane Foam-backed (Enhancer® I, II, III, IV, BioCel?, and Durafoam), Rubber backs, Woven, Axminster, Needlepunch, and Jute.
- Double-Glue: For double-glue "carpet to pad" applications with specific carpet backings approved by STAUF for this application. This adhesive can also be used to adhere to approved double-glue carpet cushions.
- Although this adhesive is formulated for carpet installations, because of its non-staining characteristics, it can be used to install felt-backed sheet vinyl.

NOTE: This adhesive is not recommended for vinyl-backed (PVC) sheet goods or carpets with urethane unitary or vinyl (PVC) backings.
