STAUF USA Announces the Addition of Technical Director, Chad McNatt
STAUF USA is proud to welcome Chad McNatt as our new Technical Director, bringing hands-on experience across residential painting, fine finishes, resurfacing, drywall, and renovation work. His background includes project management roles in construction and national maintenance operations.
Chad will support STAUF customers through technical education, on-site guidance, and the development of solution-focused processes that enhance product performance and installer success.
“In the short time here, I’ve realized that the STAUF team is truly a family,” Chad said. “I aim to become the go-to solution-oriented technical director in the flooring adhesive market and to spread the STAUF influence throughout the industry.”
Chad holds a Business Management degree from Ole Miss and is based in Olive Branch, MS. Outside of work, he is a 3rd-degree black belt and national taekwondo champion.
