Welcome to Stauf Adhesives! Stauf is a 180 year-old German adhesives manufacturing company who has been an innovative industry leader for six generations. Our U.S. operation is based in Memphis, TN. We sell wood flooring adhesives and supplies throughout the U.S., primarily through floor covering and flooring supply distributors. Stauf has been at the forefront of the "green" adhesives movement in Europe. All of the adhesives we sell in the U.S. can earn LEED points. They meet or exceed all environmental laws limiting harmful emissions, particularly Volatile Organic Compounds. Our adhesives meet the highest health, environmental and quality standards in the industry, earning the coveted EC1 designation in Europe. We are also a member of the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC). Stauf's wood flooring adhesives include the following types: Alcohol-based adhesive WFR-930 Solva-Mastic grabs faster, holds better and longer, and will eliminate hollow spots and popping sounds. Urethane-based PUM-950 Power-Mastic is a new urethane formula that will not etch the floor's finish (like others do), spreads and cleans easily wet or dry, covers up to 85 SF/gal., and has the strongest bond in the industry. Polymer-based adhesives: SMP-960 One-Step applies a sound and moisture barrier along with the adhesive in one step SMP-940 Superior spreads and cleans up easily, grabs fast and holds longer, and is very cost competitive because of a high spread rate (up to 85 SF/gal.) Water-based M2A-900 Eco-Mastic is the "greenest" product available, has only 17% water, cleans with soap and water, and spreads easily, too. We welcome your questions.
